Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 — published on 4 July 2026

1.Commitment and scope

Migastone International S.r.l. is committed to making its website www.migamatch.com (the MigaMATCH AIRA marketing and information site, in 5 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German) accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the applicable national implementing legislation.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.migamatch.com. It does not apply to the MigaMATCH AIRA platform (auto.migamatch.com), which is assessed separately.

Migastone voluntarily adopts the principles of Directive (EU) 2019/882 to ensure an inclusive digital ecosystem.

2.Reference standards

  • WCAG 2.1 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), with checks extended to the additional WCAG 2.2 criteria;
  • EN 301 549 (the harmonised European standard on accessibility requirements for ICT products and services).

3.Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.

Accessibility measures in place

  • Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
  • “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
  • Semantic structure: HTML landmarks, correct heading hierarchy, ARIA roles and labels on interactive components
  • Alternative text for informative images; decorative content hidden from assistive technologies
  • Correct language attribute on every language version of the site
  • Respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion)
  • AA-conformant contrast ratios on text and interface components of the main pages, verified with tooling
  • Text transcript of the introduction video
  • Forms with explicit labels and textual error messages

Non-accessible content

  1. Videos without captions. The introduction video (which has a text transcript) and the testimonial videos embedded from Vimeo do not currently have synchronised captions (WCAG 1.2.2). Planned remediation: adding captions to the videos hosted on Vimeo by the end of 2026.
  2. Event page. Some low-emphasis secondary texts on the event campaign page do not reach the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio (WCAG 1.4.3). Remediation planned with the next visual revision of the page.
  3. Decorative graphic elements. The low-contrast decorative background numerals are hidden from assistive technologies and fall under the WCAG exception for purely decorative text; they are mentioned for transparency as automated tools flag them.

4.Preparation of this statement

  • Date of preparation: 4 July 2026
  • Method: self-assessment through an automated audit (axe-core 4.10, WCAG level A and AA rules) on the site’s representative pages (home, blog, article, cookie policy, event page) plus manual checks (keyboard navigation, landmark and heading structure, focus management, reduced motion).
  • The statement will be reviewed upon any substantial change to the site and in any case at least once a year.

5.Feedback and contacts

Anyone encountering accessibility barriers on this site, or wishing to request content in an accessible format, can report it to:

  • Email: support@migamatch.com — subject “Accessibility”
